Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Repro It CLI, SDKs, and managed Cloud at cloud.reproit.com (the service). Repro It operates the service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Repro It for a company, you confirm that you can accept these terms for that company.
1. The service
Repro It captures supported production backend failures and verifies them on isolated managed replay hosts. A captured failure becomes a visible Repro only after it produces the same result in three fresh verification runs. The Cloud lets authorized users triage, debug, check, keep, and remove verified Repros.
The public Repro It Core, CLI, SDKs, protocols, and conformance materials use the license stated in each public repository. The managed Cloud is proprietary. These terms cover the managed Cloud service.
2. Your account
You need an account with a verified identity to use the Cloud. Repro It uses a hosted identity provider for supported sign-in methods. Repro It does not store your password. You are responsible for activity under your account and credentials. Keep credentials secret, and replace a credential if you believe it is exposed.
3. Acceptable use
Instrument only systems that you own or have permission to instrument. Do not use the service to collect data that you have no right to collect. Do not probe or disrupt infrastructure that is not yours, bypass service limits, or resell the service. We can suspend access that threatens the service, other customers, or third parties.
4. Plans and billing
The Free plan includes one project and up to five visible Repros. It does not require a payment card. Enterprise service is sold under a separate annual order or agreement. Enterprise pricing, capacity, retention, support, and SSO terms are stated in that agreement. Limits shown on the pricing page form part of the applicable plan.
5. Your data
You retain your rights in the data that you provide. You authorize Repro It to process that data only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. A managed replay host can decrypt one authorized Repro for one bounded operation. Cloud durable storage contains encrypted verified Repros. It does not contain your source repository or plaintext captured World.
The developer CLI can use standard Git from your environment to obtain source for an authorized operation. Repro It does not require a Cloud-side source provider integration. See the Privacy Policy for details.
6. Availability and support
The service is provided as is to the extent allowed by law. The Free plan has no uptime guarantee. An Enterprise agreement can define support or availability terms. Contact agho@reproit.com for support.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Repro It is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount that you paid Repro It in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim.
8. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. You can request account and data deletion by email. We can suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. When reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to export data before termination.
9. Changes
We can update these terms as the service changes. We will give notice of a material change by email or through the Cloud before it takes effect. Continued use after the change takes effect means that you accept the updated terms.
