Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2, 2026

These terms govern your use of Reproit: the CLI, the SDKs, and the hosted cloud at cloud.reproit.com ("the service"), operated by Reproit ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are using Reproit on behalf of a company, you agree on its behalf.

1. The service

Reproit finds UI bugs by deterministic fuzzing and turns production crashes into reproducible, replayable failures. The hosted cloud ingests derived crash telemetry from your apps, groups it into buckets, and can trigger reproduction runs inside your own CI. The CLI and SDKs are licensed separately under the Elastic License 2.0; these terms cover the hosted service.

2. Your account

You need an account with a verified email (or a Google / SSO identity) to use the cloud. You are responsible for what happens under your account and API keys; keep them secret and rotate a key if you suspect it leaked. You must be legally able to enter this agreement.

3. Acceptable use

Instrument only apps you own or have permission to instrument. Do not use the service to collect data you have no right to collect, to probe or disrupt infrastructure that is not yours, or to resell the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or threaten its integrity for others.

4. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed by Stripe on a monthly subscription. Plan limits (apps, seats, monthly crash occurrences, evidence storage, cloud-run minutes, retention) are enforced by the service and described on the pricing page. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew after cancellation. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

5. Your data

You own the telemetry your apps send us and everything derived from it. We process it only to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. We never receive your source code; reproduction runs execute in your own CI. When you delete your workspace, we delete its database and stored evidence.

6. Availability and support

Reproit is an early-access product. We work hard to keep it up, but the service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and without an uptime guarantee. Support is by email at agho@reproit.com.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms; where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to export your data.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
